Our Services - Continual Professional Development
The Housing Act 2004 stated that all privately owned residential properties will have a legal requirement to produce a Home Information Pack (HIP) as from June 1st 2007. The HIP must include an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and a Home Condition Report (HCR).
We will be able to offer a wide variety of unique and client focused services at highly competitive prices.
Staff are qualified to ABBE Level 4 Diploma (Degree) in Home Inspection and Energy Assessment and are therefore able to provide EPC and HCR to form part of the HIP.
